张经理早就准备好了，忙把计划递了过去。
萧晨拿过来，翻看起来。
等他翻看完后，更奇怪了，这计划没问题啊。
既然没问题，那为什么不批款呢？
“谢总有说为什么吗？”
萧晨看着张经理，问道。
“谢总说，新产的预算，已经超了，不能再批了……”
